Are your products authentic?

All the products we sell are genuine and carry all the logos and certifications of the manufacturing companies.

Can I order trial contact lenses (blisters)?

No, we do not generally stock trial contact lenses. Exceptions are some special lenses or during periods when new types of contact lenses are launched.

When do contact lenses and solutions expire?

The contact lenses and lens liquids we stock have an expiration date long enough to be marketable in an optical store. Generally, at least two years but some parameters may expire sooner. When the expiry date is within a reasonably close time frame (such as two or three months) we ensure that the customer is fully informed before the order is completed.

How long will the products in my order remain reserved?

The products in your order remain reserved for 2 weeks from the date of your notification. After this period, they may be released without notice.

What about product returns?

The possibility of returning products depends on the availability of the item.

  • If these are products that were in our stock at the time of your order, then you can return them within 14 days.
  • However, if the items in question were ordered exclusively for you, then there is no possibility of return. This category includes both sunglasses or eyeglasses, as well as multifocal, colored or astigmatic contact lenses and high prescription (XR range).

In all cases, the items must be returned with prior written notice, be in excellent commercial condition, include any gifts or free merchandise that came with them, and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship outside Greece?

Do you work with pharmacies or clothing stores?

No, OpticsB2B is only for optical shops.

Can I make changes to the prescription contact lens I purchased from you?

Changes are accepted upon notification and approval. The necessary conditions are:

  1. The product must have been purchased from us.
  2. The product must be in perfect commercial condition, i.e. the packaging must not have been opened.
  3. They must not have an expiry date of less than 18 months from the date of return.
  4. The total number of pieces to be exchanged must not exceed 20% of the total quantity of the same item purchased in the last 12 months.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

What are the shipping costs and which companies do you work with?

Our products are shipped via ACS, Speedex and ICC Courier throughout Greece. You can choose the company of your preference depending on what suits you best. Shipping costs are free of charge for destinations within Greece, parcels up to 2 kg and orders over 80,00€ (99,20€ incl. VAT) or 2,50€ for orders of less value. If the parcel is over 2 kg, the cost will be based on the actual and volumetric weight and you will be informed in advance by Optics B2B customer service.

Can I send my own transport company to collect from you?

Clearly this is possible upon contact and agreement of payment terms.
